Give thoughtful feedback and professional advice to young leaders throughout the week and beyond.
- Make sure every Moonshotter feels seen
Notice who is taking part and who isn’t, and make space for introverted or quieter participants.
- Be approachable and open
Form authentic relationships at all times, not only during scheduled sessions.
- Stay present
Your full presence for the whole week is what makes the relationship real.
- Connect by resonance, not expertise
You won’t be paired by field. You’ll naturally find the young leaders who benefit most from your network and experience.
